Both Randy and Marlo grew up in Southern Minnesota are passionate about helping those in need and inspiring others to meet their potential. Marlo is a 1999 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and experienced first-hand flooding in Saint Peter and the devastating tornado in 1998 that hit the community. That same storm also impacted her childhood home. Marlo has developed a successful Marketing and Consulting business working with corporations world-wide and small individual businesses. Randy is a 1999 graduate from St. Thomas University and had a successful career in Technology working with some of the top minds globally. But it’s the people that he enjoys getting to know, solving problems, and helping them to succeed. Randy’s certifications include IICRC, RRRP, FSRT, AMRT, ASD and WRT.
